FAQ: Placing Orders

It's asking me for a PO Number when I try to check out. What do I do? What is the ETA for my backordered item? What is the ETA for an out of stock item? Why can't I checkout? I already placed my order, can I make a change to it or cancel it?

Where can I find my Order History or Frequently Ordered products?

You can access your order history by selecting "My Order History" from the drop-down menu that appears when you click the "My Account" button at the top right corner of our website. This will allow you to search through previous invoices.


If you would like to access your most purchased or recently ordered products, you can select "History Products" from the same drop-down menu.

In your "History Products" section, you can search by Most Recent Products or by Most Purchased Products.
